Andrew Stoll joins us on this episode of The Real Estate Moguls Podcast, to take us on a journey through his life-long connection to Elgin, Illinois and how it led to his passion for real estate. Born and raised in Elgin, Stoll moved away briefly but ultimately found himself drawn back to the community where he has since become deeply involved.

But it was not a predetermined path that led Stoll to real estate. Instead, it was a chance encounter with a friend that sparked the idea to invest in real estate. With no prior experience or knowledge, the two set out to raise enough money to purchase a $36,000 house at a sheriff's auction.

Though their initial flip resulted in minimal profit, the experience was so enjoyable that they decided to obtain their real estate licenses and become brokers.

Through this process, Stoll learned valuable lessons about entrepreneurship, specifically that overthinking can prevent people from pursuing their passions and taking on challenging endeavors.

He also discovered that the thrill of the chase, rather than the end result, was what truly drove him. As he progressed in his career, Stoll recognized the potential to not only invest in real estate but also to assist others in doing the same.

This realization came after observing the money paid to real estate agents to sell their flipped houses, leading him to obtain his license and supplement that income.

With over eight years of experience as a licensed broker and a decade in the industry, Stoll's journey in real estate has been a winding and enlightening one.

His passion for the field and dedication to the Elgin community continues to drive him forward as he strives to bring new opportunities and growth to the area.
