Haylee Schwartz, a successful real estate broker, has had a journey filled with grit and determination. From starting her career as an assistant to a top producer in the North Shore, to working for one of the top developers in the city, Haylee has always been driven to grow and learn more.
When she started her career, Haylee did not have a clear idea of what she wanted to do with her life. After studying hospitality management, she thought she would become an event planner.
However, after interning for a music production company for two summers and seeing the lack of opportunities in the industry, she found herself unsure of her path. It was then that her friend's mother, a successful real estate agent, suggested she get her license and work for her.
Haylee took the opportunity and was immediately drawn to the fast-paced and ever-changing nature of the industry.
She moved to the city and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a broker and joining one of the top real estate companies in the city.
Growing up with a single mother, Haylee was surrounded by strong women and that has played a significant role in her becoming the successful woman she is today.
Her mother's strength and resilience during her parents' divorce was a major inspiration for Haylee. She was determined to not let the adversity in her life define her and that mindset has propelled her to where she is today.
Haylee continues to strive for growth and success in her real estate career and hopes to be an inspiration to many.
