Living An Admired Life

Jen Coffel sits down with her longtime friend, Rachelle Ferguson, to talk about the journey they've been on together over the last 15 years and what Living an Admired Life means. From the very beginning of the conversation it's clear what it means to each of them, with Rachelle paying homage to two women living admired lives.

"What I would have said 15 years ago and what I would say today are completely different. I feel like I was on a hamster wheel and I was trying to achieve what people were telling me was an admired life. But when I really look at an admired life, I am reminded of two Supreme court justices: one is Ruth Bader Ginsburg and the other one is Amy Coney Barrett. What's so interesting about them is they come from completely opposite sides of the aisle. Politically they couldn't be any more different. Yet, when I look at those two women, I look at women that I admire."

The two go on to talk about creating boundaries in your life, maintaining self-care practices for your personal health, protecting your spiritual time and learning how to balance it all.

Jen adds that women who want to live in admire life want to serve and fulfill their purpose. However if you all you do is give, but you're not spending time filling yourself back up it leads to our physical body having a lot less to give. Then you wake up to feel overwhelmed, because there's not enough time refueling.

Join Jen and Rachelle as they discuss what true wealth means to each and send them a message to let them know what it means to you!
